This ChatGPT o3 diagram below isn’t very helpful. I suspect a lot of this is going to be overcome if current LLMs are used as interfaces to existing design tools that already include a lot of rules and behaviors.
That said, Claude (above) seemed to have better grasp on circuit logic as the image below shows.
